Baghdad Rawaq Center Hosts Dialogue Seminar on Priorities of Azerbaijani Foreign Policy, Featuring Deputy Foreign Minister Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev

With the participation of a distinguished group of researchers, academics, and specialists, the Rawaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy held a dialogue seminar hosting the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, His Excellency Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev.
